Aricha is the washing station where this coffee is processed in the Yirgacheffe region of Ethiopia. Ethiopian coffees are known for their diversity from microregion to microregion. This is a washed process coffee where the pulp is removed from the coffee bean within 12 hours of harvesting and washed with spring water.
